Studies have shown that a normal amount of stress is not bad at all. But the problems start to occur when the degree of the stress goes unusual. Much stress can cause a lot of harmful effects on the body and the mind. We must keep it low in order to avoid its negative impacts.

At first don’t hide your feelings and emotions from everybody. Though you must not disclose them to all people around you but there must be some of your loved ones who deserve to know it. That may be someone from your family or friends. You should share your feelings with them. This will not just make you feel good but also make you find cause of the stress and help you to eliminate it in an efficient way.
